Return Window
Products may be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Returns
Items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Clearance or sale items
- Personalized products
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Products without original packaging
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive:
- Wrong product
- Damaged product
- Missing item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- Different size
- Different color
- Replacement for defective item
